Nikki Preiner

Nikki is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist who is specialised in hormonal conditions affecting women’s health. Nikki has extensive clinical experience as a dietitian across public and private health care settings in the Greater Sydney, Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. She completed her Master of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation (with Distinctions) in 2010 at the University of Wollongong. Having worked in senior and management positions in the later part of her career Nikki has further training in health leadership and management. With a current focus on women’s health, Nikki has developed an advanced understanding of the hormonal change's women can experience at all stages of their life and understands how these can affect a woman’s wellbeing. Nikki is passionate about a woman’s overall wellness and the role nutrition plays in preventing and treating disease. She is an enthusiastic cook, with European heritage which celebrates creating, sharing and eating food. She understands dietary choices are complex and has advanced skills in motivational interviewing, health coaching and creating individualised plans to successfully achieve positive dietary change. With a young family, busy lifestyles and connection to the local community Nikki feels strongly about realistic, achievable and sustainable dietary modification that seamlessly integrates into a healthy way of life.
