Meet Nikki

I am a connected and considered health professional. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, I support women through holistic nutrition. Specialising in hormonal conditions, I will help you make informed food choices to improve your overall health.

I thoroughly enjoyed studying the human body and the effects of food on health completing my Master of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation (with Distinctions) in 2010 at the University of Wollongong. With a deep passion and enthusiasm for the impact of nutrition in healthcare, my career has led me to leadership and advocacy positions within the public and private health care sectors. I bring specialised training in health leadership and management—along with a wealth of clinical and human experience—to my practice today.

I am passionate about women’s health and the role nutrition plays in preventing and treating diseases. Combined with my Italian heritage, which celebrates the joy of creating and sharing food, it’s no surprise that I am also an enthusiastic cook. I appreciate that food can be so much more than just nutrition—it is part of our personal narratives. I love learning about each woman’s story and empowering my clients to cultivate a positive connection to food that nourishes them.

My own health journey includes managing a previous diagnosis of PCOS, Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, gestational diabetes mellitus in one of my pregnancies and more recently endometriosis. My personal experiences with these conditions, and the healthcare systems I have encountered on my journey, have driven my mission. I aim to empower women to take control of their health through nutrition in an understanding and non-judgemental way.”
